The company, founded and led by a career food service professional eager to bridge the gap between a Personal Chef and convenience foods, Bruce Pinkerton is a Certified Chef de Cuisine. With 24 years experience in upscale restaurants and hotels, Bruce, the single father of two teenagers, knows the trials of raising a family and the demands on your time.
"I have created a place to make your life easier, and will continue to craft creative menus that will keep your family happy and keep you and your friends coming back. It’s funny, after spending years as the chef in many great hotels, I had the dream of becoming the chef of one of those huge hotels in Las Vegas, just to see the magnitude of the production. Now, Designed Dinners fulfills that ambition. I have the opportunity to be a part of the meal time of so many new friends…"
